PAT preparing for bigger battle against govt. Dr Qadri BHAKKAR - PAT chief Dr Muhammad Tahirul Qadri on Sunday asked the people to destroy the system if the rulers fail to deliver, and wooed the PP-48 voters with various promises for by-poll. Addressing a gathering at Jamil Stadium, Bhakkar district, he also appealed to the crowd to vote for PAT candidate Nazar Abbas for the November 29 by-polls in the district. He said that the by-polls were in fact a preparing ground for a bigger battle that was yet to come. He said, “We are protesting against the corrupt and oppressive government.”

Will change 'corrupt' system if PAT gets two-third majority in NA: Dr Qadri BHAKKAR: Pakistan Awami Tehreek chief Dr Tahirul Qadri on Sunday claimed that if he ever gets a two-third majority in the National Assembly, he would change the system. “If I get a majority vote in the National Assembly, I will change this corrupt system,” Qadri said, while addressing a rally in Bhakkar. “We will divide the palaces of feudal lords and build homes for the homeless and provide employment for the unemployed.” “The sit-ins have awakened and empowered the nation,” Qadri said.

Give me two-thirds majority, I’ll change the system: Dr Qadri BHAKKAR: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri, on Sunday, promised to bring change if the people gave him two-thirds majority in parliament. Qadri has said that he would unite Sunnis and Shias in the country if the masses voted him to power. Addressing the participants of a rally in Bhakkar, the cleric claimed that he would change the system if people voted him to power with two-thirds majority. He introduced PAT candidate Nazar Abbas for by-polls on November 29 and said he wants to make society a “Hussaini society”, referring to Imam Hussain (RA). He said that his 90-day sit-in and “sacrifices have awakened the sleeping people”, and that after Islamabad he was launching “Inqilab” from Bkakkar.

PAT to hold public meeting in Bhakkar today BHAKKAR (Dunya News) - Pakistan Awaami Tehreek (PAT) is all ready to lead a public meeting at Jameel Stadium in Bhakkar today (Sunday). According to details, 12 feet high stage has been made for the Chief of PAT Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri and party officials. More than 20,000 chairs have been set up for the participants of the rally. Moreover, two entering and three exit points have been marked by local administration whereas 700 police officers have been deployed at the venue for the security of the attendees.

He was speaking at a news conference at his residence. He further said that the JIT was formed to give a clean chit to plotters and killers, adding, that it was against the principles of justice and law.
