No differences with Imran Khan: Qadri Lahore: Dismissing rumors of a rift between Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), PAT chief Tahirul Qadri today said he has no differences with PTI chief Imran Khan. Speaking to media on his arrival in Lahore, Qadri said PTI and PAT leaders had been in contact even when he was away from Pakistan. “PAT President Raheeq Abbasi, who is in my car right now, received a call from PTI leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi, welcoming me to Pakistan, he said.

Govt-formed JIT is murder of justice, says Qadri LAHORE: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri, on Thursday reaffirmed that the PML-N government has violated rules and regulations in formation of a joint investigation team (JIT) to probe into Model Town tragedy, Samaa reported. “We consider the JIT as murder of the justice. It’s aimed at acquitting the real culprits and giving them a clean chit,” said the PAT chief while speaking to reporters at his Model Town resident in Lahore.

Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri visits Data Darbar LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) leader Dr. Tahirul Qadri on Thursday paid a visit to Data Darbar, the shrine of sufi saint Abul Hassan Ali Hajvery, hours after his flight landed in Lahore from London, Samaa reported. The PAT chief’s convoy took nearly five hours to reach Data Darbar from the airport where he was warmly welcomed by hundreds of his followers. The PAT workers have pouring in from all across the city to welcome their leader, holding his portraits, party flags and banners, on the road from airport to the shrine in the heart of Lahore city.
